Experience:
 
Real estate appraiser employed by Dugger, Canaday, Grafe, Inc., since June 1988.  Experience has included appraisal and counseling assignments for various purposes including lending, asset valuation, right-of-way, ad valorem tax valuation, corporate purchase allocation, etc. Property types analyzed include retail (single tenant, pad site, community centers to regional malls), office buildings (single tenant to high rise developments), industrial developments (warehouse, manufacturing plants, etc.), vacant development tracts, commercial sites, rural land, apartment complexes, residential and commercial subdivisions, aircraft related buildings, automobile dealerships, hotels, golf courses and country clubs, resort developments, ranches, maquiladora plants, etc. in Texas, Louisana, Florida, Oklahoma, New Mexico, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Honduras and the Republic of Mexico (states of Tamaulipas, Jalisco, Sinaloa, Sonora, Baja California, Puebla, Guanajuato, Veracruz, Nuevo Leon, San Luis Potosi, Coahuila, Chihuahua, Colima, Quintana Roo, Distrito Federal and the State of Mexico).  Qualified as an expert witness in San Patricio, Webb, Live Oak and Bexar Counties. Lectured at national and local Appraisal Institute meetings and International Right of Way functions.
 
Commercial leasing - led all leasing efforts for four shopping centers and one office building containing over 400,000 square feet of GLA and located in four states including Wyoming, Texas, Colorado and Florida (1986-1988).
 
Construction experience includes:  Built wood-frame, three-room house with self-sufficient water and waste-water systems on Mustang Island, Texas (1980).  Drafted working drawings for both electrical engineering and architectural firms (1980). Designed and oversaw construction of a ranch house/vacation home in Tamaulipas, Mexico with self-sufficient water-waste water systems and solar electricity (2006).
