Experience:
 
Presently and since 2002, Stuart Rouse has been employed with the firm of Dugger, Canaday, Grafe, Inc., Real Estate Consultants and Appraisers. Experience includes appraisal and consulting assignments related to retail centers, hotels, residential subdivisions, mixed use developments, medical properties, farm and ranch, vacant land, industrial properties and many other commercial properties. Mr. Rouse has developed specializations in right-of-way and other areas of condemnation and litigation.
 
Formerly Associate Director of Integra Realty Resources-Houston from June 1989 to June 2002 (formerly the Dominy, Ford and McPherson).
 
With the firm of Integra Realty Resources-Houston, Mr. Rouse consulted with a number of clients as well as performed appraisal assignments of office buildings, retail shopping centers, regional malls, residential subdivisions, industrial facilities, convenience stores and gasoline service stations, mini warehouse facilities, senior housing facilities, hotels, golf courses and farms/ranches.  Other work includes pipeline systems and rights-of-way including roadways and waterways.  Mr. Rouse has completed assignments in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Georgia, Florida and Virginia.
 
Mr. Rouse is qualified as an expert witness.
