Presently
and since August 2004, Brett E. Weatherbie has been employed
by Dugger, Canaday, Grafe, Inc., Real Estate Consultants and
Appraisers. Currently
he is recognized as a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser
(License No. TX-1337354-G) by the Texas Appraiser Licensing
and Certification Board. Experience
includes appraisal and consulting assignments related to special
purpose, estate, industrial, manufacturing, office-warehouse,
commercial land, retail, farm and ranch, and office properties. Clients
served include financial institutions, governmental agencies,
non-profit organizations, attorneys, individuals and corporations.
A
native of San Antonio, he graduated from Clark High School in
1991. After
attending The University of Texas at Austin where he was
enrolled in the School of Business, he graduated from Auburn University
in 1996. He enlisted in The U.S. Army in 1997, and was assigned
to the Army World Class Athlete Program. An alternate to the 2000
Olympic Team, he also achieved a silver medal at the 1999 Pan American
Games and a team gold medal in the 1999 Military World Championships.
During
July 2003 to July 2004, he was employed by the Bexar County
Appraisal District in San Antonio, Texas, as a Class II Appraiser.
His duties included setting and transferring values, informal and
formal protests, deed and title research and tax exemptions.
